Matriarca restaurant

Inspired by the matriarchal culture of Chiloé and the typical flavors of the archipelago's gastronomy, Matriarca restaurant is born, a meeting place between traditional Chilote cuisine and the flavors, products and contemporary techniques.
Our signature cuisine uses fresh products, most of which are locally produced and close to the hotel, offering a variety of fish, seafood, meats, pastas, as well as seasonal vegetables and fruits.
You can also visit us without staying at the hotel, we have a menu throughout the year and a daily menu based on the chef's suggestion.
